At Miz & Ray, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at miznraycustomerservice@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at miznraycustomerservice@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us to check availability before sending anything back.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Your EU statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
